Motorvations is unique facility in East London delivering alternative, holistic learning to excluded young people, giving them the necessary skills, qualifications and confidence to enable them to progress into mainstream training or employment.
Courses are accredited by NOCN Level 1. This holistic approach to learning dramatically increases the positive outcomes for young people. In nine years of operation, 72% achieved accreditation evidenced by Youth Service monitoring.
Our project is delivered by highly experienced and qualified development manager, operations manager, five project workers, career counsellor, tutor, and finance manager. We are independently evaluated by LBBD Quality Assurance and Accreditation Work Related Learning each year.
Motorvations has been engaged by the National Youth Agency to develop and promote good practice models, contribute to develop policy, and formulate health standards in youth work for information sharing with referring and statutory agencies.
Our aim is to promote the personal development of disadvantaged young people, aged between 13-17, by improving their self esteem, confidence, social skills, behaviour, knowledge, qualifications, and life chances, leading to training and employment opportunities that would not otherwise have been available to them.
